It is a septic tank area. As far as internet and t.v. there are a few options. Some areas can get by with a regular antenna for TV channels, but I can’t speak to the reception on this property. More likely you will want a satellite for internet and/or t.v. channels. There is also a service in the area where you can get internet with an antenna that works off of radio signals that are available locally.
