This is Gold Country with many, many lovely small towns and historic towns like the nearby Coulterville. This property is also smack between two major reservoirs; Lake Don Pedro and Lake McKlure. These are both huge recreational areas for boating and fishing – and you’ll be close enough to get some fishing in before dinner. You’re also only an hour away from Yosemite. There’s over 100 miles locally of equestrian and hiking trails as well. But, I think, most people come here for the … Quiet. This is located in a large development populated with lovely and well kept houses. Power comes right to the property and the roads are well maintained. The property has a slope that while easily buildable affords a well perched lookout of the endless Oak Tree dotted rolling hills. This property has water and power and phone service with ATT. It is a septic tank area. As far as internet and t.v. there are a few options. Some areas can get by with a regular antenna for TV channels, but I can’t speak to the reception on this property. More likely you will want a satellite for internet and/or t.v. channels. There is also a service in the area where you can get internet with an antenna that works off of radio signals that are available locally. As far as gas goes, you do need a propane tank and the HOA has a discounted rate for properties like this one.
