Like a lot of the surrounding area this parcel has a very gentle slope. It’s not enough to create any challenges when developing a pad, but it does give you an overview of the rest of the Desert as your looking West.
This is level ground and readily buildable, but with just enough slope to provide an extensive view of the High Desert. The water table here is between 200 and 250 feet. There is power and telephone to the adjacent properties and beyond making power hook ups reasonable. Of course, this is a septic tank area. The property measures 330 feet across at the street and 660 feet back. It is bordered on the back side by the dirt road Bourbon Dr.
A couple of other nice features: There is a cement slab with side steps and anchor bolts for a storage shed in place. It measures about 12′ x24′. There are cracks in the slab that you might want to repair, but this could well be used for a storage shed. Also there are iron fence posts in place along the west side of the west edge of the parcel. Those posts match my GPS coordinates for that property boundary so I would consider them reasonably reliable. I am not a surveyor so I cannot guarantee that they are accurate, but I do think they should be useful if roughly determining your property lines.
